Small Business Coaching We begin with a brief consultation to determine if my services are a good fit for you. Following this meeting, we conduct a 30-45 minute minute session to asses your needs and set your goal matrix. Next, we create an action plan and execution strategy. Then we determine goal achievement and what evaluations looks like. These meetings can be scheduled in increments of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
