The Process 

Life coaching is often thought of as giving advice, counseling, teaching or maybe even therapy. However, it is simply drawing out the best in others and helping them to be their best selves. 

Initial Consultation

A 15 min. session to discuss why you are interested in Life Coaching and to determine if it is a good fit for your needs.

Planning 

A 60 min. session to identify goals and outline ways of achieving them. Here, I will aid you in setting goals and determining how to go about achieving them. You must schedule a "follow-up" session. This includes both short and long-term goals.

Follow-Up

A 30 - 60 min.  session to discuss any progress made toward goal completion. Here, I will aid you in reassessing your goals and revising them if needed. If not, we can set new goals or wrap things up.

Group Goal Setting Coaching Sessions

You and a group of friends will get together for a Group Goal Setting Coaching Session. SingleWoman Joan provides all of the tools, you provide the space!
