Initial ConsultationA 15 min. session to discuss why you are interested in Life Coaching and to determine if it is a good fit for your needs.

PlanningA 60 min. session to identify goals and outline ways of achieving them. Here, I will aid you in setting goals and determining how to go about achieving them. You must schedule a "follow-up" session. This includes both short and long-term goals.

Follow-UpA 30 - 60 min. session to discuss any progress made toward goal completion. Here, I will aid you in reassessing your goals and revising them if needed. If not, we can set new goals or wrap things up.
